The hype for the rookie QB grows by the week. This video highlights his incredible performances.

Week 11 Waivers

After back-to-back scratches, Ivan Fears offers progress report on Patriots rookie Rhamondre Stevenson - Pats Pulpit

All our readers already held Rhamondre Stevenson, the best RB on the Pats, so we don’t have to mention him as the #1 priority:

You get it. AJ Dillon is also a must (but definitely owned).

QB: Justin Fields/Trey Lance

Niners, Bears ready to unveil packages for rookie QBs Trey Lance, Justin Fields in Week 1

The case for Fields: Coming off an impressive Week 9 against the Steelers, where he was PFF’s highest-graded QB and rushed for 17+ points (10/103/1), Fields has turned a corner. He’s also finally connecting with Allen Robinson and Cole Kmet.

The case for Lance: Great playoff schedule, Jimmy G is mediocre, 21+ in one half, and Jimmy G is mediocre.

RB: Frank Gore

If Frank the Tank ever returns, this would be the season. Until then, I hope he fares better in his boxing career than Nate Robinson.

  • Wayne Gallman: If Patterson misses time and Mike Davis remains Mike Davis, Gallman should see 15 touches a game the next 1-2 weeks.

  • Jeff Wilson: Wilson is one injury away from the lead role in a strong rushing attack. He was the 49ers most efficient and effective runner last season.

  • Eno Benjamin: James Conner’s backup historically leads to opportunities.

WR: Darnell Mooney

With 12+ FP in three of his last four, Mooney is one of 10 players in the NFL open 50% or more against man coverage. He takes handoffs for TDs and Fields trusts him in the red zone.

Mooney sees a favorable schedule over the next few weeks: Bal, at Det., Ari, at GB, Min, at Sea, and NYG.

  • T.Y. Hilton saw five targets in his return, tied for second on the team behind only Jonathan Taylor. Colts passing O better than expected.

  • Sterling Shepard averages 8.6 targets per game when healthy and returns this week.

  • Amon-Ra St. Brown should continue to be used because Goff can’t throw further than 15 yards.

  • Cole Kmet saw 14 targets the past two games in an improving passing attack.

Don’t buy the hype: Bryan Edwards, D’Onta Foreman, Tyler Conklin.

Saquon Barkley Stars in New Oikos Yogurt Ads

Damien Harris (concussion) remained "out of practice", potentially giving Rhamondre another start. Saquon Barkley (ankle) is ā€˜trending well toward’ returning, while Kliff Kingsbury said "it's going to be close" if Kyler Murray (ankle) can play in Week 11. Cordarrelle Patterson is dealing with an ankle sprain and likely sits.

  • T.J. Watt's knee and hip came back negative and he may not miss any time.

  • Aaron Jones suffered a mild MCL sprain and will miss 1-2 weeks. AJ Dillon is an RB1 until Jones returns (likely following their Week 13 bye).

  • Clyde Edwards-Helaire (knee, IR) has a ā€œpretty good chanceā€ to play this week.

Pete Carroll said the team will "revisit" Chris Carson's (neck, I.R.) situation Wednesday - there’s a chance he doesn’t return this season. Chargers coach Brandon Staley said Mike Williams’ knee injury is a ā€œnon-factorā€, making us wonder what the real issue is?

The WR2 before the injury, Williams hasn’t scored more than 7 points since
