🏈 Joe Flacco & Week 11 Starts/Sits
Players to put in or out of your lineup in Week 11, along with sleepers and best bets.
Buenos días. 🇪🇸
The last international game of the season kicks off this morning at 9:30am ET in Madrid, Spain, where Hawai’i legends Tua Tagovailoa and Marcus Mariota will face off for the first time in their careers. If you struggle rolling out of bed in time to catch the games going on overseas, imagine those in the middle of the Pacific trying to watch their hometown heroes at 4:30 in the f***ing morning.😐
For most of us, though, we’ll have no problem sleeping through a matchup like Dolphins vs. Commanders. Especially when the rest of this week’s slate looks the way it does—Bucs vs. Bills, Seahawks vs. Rams, Chiefs vs. Broncos, Lions vs. Eagles… absolute banger after banger today. Sit back and enjoy.

I’m not sure about today’s sponsor. Are they a fantasy football tool? Or a life hack? Heck, they help with both.
We’re talking start/sit options, and there’s only one source that always knows more than us: the corrupt Roger Goodell Las Vegas. So why not just … copy Vegas?
That might be what the team behind StartWho.com thought before they built a free site that does exactly that, offering real-time fantasy projections from actual betting lines.
Say goodbye to the painful start/sit decisions, regrets and hopelessness. Say hello to greatness. To your new life. To StartWho.com.
Seriously, give it a peek.

STARTS & SITS 🧐
Quarterback

Joe Flacco // Jeff Hanisch, Imagn Images
✅ Start ‘Em
Joe Flacco @ PIT: He’s the QB1 in fantasy PPG (25.4) during his time with the Bengals. The last time he faced the Steelers, Flacco had 342 passing yards and TDs. Look for more of the same today, as the Steelers are giving up the 7th-most fantasy PPG to QBs, per FantasyPros’ Pat Fitzmaurice.
Aaron Rodgers vs. CIN: On the other side of this matchup, Rodgers is quietly 5th in passing TDs (18) and 6th in red zone completion % (66.7%). Cincinnati’s D allows the 4th-most fantasy points to QBs while giving up the most passing TDs per game (2.6) and the 3rd-most passing yards per game (260.1) as well, per Austin Abbott.
Justin Herbert @ JAX: The Jags have allowed the 3rd-most fantasy points to opposing QBs, and six passers in a row have scored at least 21.7 fantasy points, including three in a row with at least 31.7 points (Matthew Stafford, Geno Smith and Davis Mills), per CBS Sports’ Jamey Eisenberg.
❌ Sit ‘Em
Bo Nix vs. KC: The Chiefs have allowed the 10th-fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs and have given up just two multi-TD passers all season, per Sideline Smackdown.
Jared Goff @ PHI: The Eagles rank 11th in pass defense DVOA and are allowing the 10th-fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs, per FTN Fantasy’s Tyler Orginski. They’re much more susceptible on the ground, so look for Detroit to attack them there instead.
Trevor Lawrence vs. LAC: BTJ remains out and the Chargers have only let one QB finish top-14 at the position since Week 5, per RotoBaller’s Joey Pollizze.
😴 Sleepers
J.J. McCarthy vs. CHI: The Bears have allowed the 4th-most schedule-adjusted fantasy PPG to opposing QBs (+3.8), largely due to their inability to generate pressure. They rank bottom-5 in overall pressure rate (33.5%) and hold the single-longest average time to pressure (2.74 seconds) in the league. That should help out “Nine,” whose 0.62 fantasy points per dropback when kept clean ranks 7th-best among today’s QBs, per Fantasy Points’ Ryan Heath.
Tua Tagovailoa vs. WAS: The Commanders have allowed the 3rd-most fantasy PPG to QBs and a league-high 8.9 pass yards per attempt to opponents this season, per PFF’s Michelle Magdziuk. Each of the last four QBs to face the Commanders has scored at least 23 fantasy points: Dak Prescott (23.3), Patrick Mahomes (23), Sam Darnold (27.2) and Jared Goff (24.8).
Running Back

Jaylen Warren // Jake Mysliwczyk, ZUMA Press Wire
✅ Start ‘Em
Jaylen Warren vs. CIN: The Bengals are allowing the most fantasy points to opposing RBs, including four top-5 and seven top-12 finishes. Every team that’s faced Cincy has had at least one back finish as RB16 or better, per Yahoo’s Justin Boone. Plus, Warren’s best performance of the season came when he posted 158 scrimmage yards and an RB10 finish against the Bengals in Week 7.
R.J. Harvey vs. KC: With J.K. Dobbins heading to IR, Harvey should see his role expand. While KC’s run defense is pretty stout, they’ve given up more than 300 yards and a TD through the air to RBs this season, per PFF’s Beckett Mesko, which lines up well with Harvey’s pass-catching role out of the backfield.
Aaron Jones vs. CHI: The Bears have allowed seven RBs to score at least 13.1 PPR points this season, and Jones has averaged 18.1 PPR points against them in his past 13 meetings during his time with Green Bay and Minnesota, per Jamey Eisenberg.
❌ Sit ‘Em
Ken Walker @ LAR: Not only is Zach Charbonnet vulturing nearly every TD opportunity, but the Rams are also the best defense against fantasy RBs this season. They’ve allowed just 16.2 PPG to the position while allowing only one rushing TD to a RB all year long, per Michelle Magdziuk.
Tyrone Tracy Jr. vs. GB: The Packers are top-10 vs. the run (3.9 yards per carry allowed) and have given up the fewest PPR points to RBs over the last month, per Sideline Smackdown.
Kareem Hunt @ DEN: He should start again this week with Isiah Pacheco ruled out. But since Week 6, Denver has allowed the 7th-fewest rushing yards per game, the lowest explosive run rate, the 13th-lowest missed tackle rate, and the 6th-lowest rushing success rate, per FantasyPros’ Derek Brown. Look elsewhere for a streaming option.
😴 Sleepers
Sean Tucker @ BUF: Over the last two weeks, Tucker has only two fewer carries than Rachaad White. He’s also been more productive, taking 21 carries for 95 yards, while White has 73 yards on 23 carries. If he gets enough opportunities, Tucker should be able to take advantage of a Bills defense today that has allowed the 6th-most points to RBs and the 4th-most expected points per attempt, per USA Today’s Joe Bond.
Woody Marks @ TEN: Last Week, Marks played a career-high 79% of Houston’s snaps, gaining 81 yards and scoring a TD on 18 touches. Today he’ll take on a Titans D that’s allowed the 4th-most fantasy PPG to RBs this season, per Michelle Magdziuk, and was torched by him in Week 4, when he put up 27.9 fantasy points.
Wide Receiver

Khalil Shakir // Timothy T Ludwig, Getty Images
✅ Start ‘Em
Khalil Shakir vs. TB: The Bucs blitz at a top-5 rate (34.9%), and Shakir has seen a +42% boost to his yards per route run and a +41% boost to his fantasy points per route run against the blitz this year. Also, Tampa allows the 2nd-most receiving yards per game on throws within 10 yards of the line of scrimmage (164.1), where Shakir has seen 80% of his targets this year, per Ryan Heath.
D.K. Metcalf vs. CIN: The Bengals have allowed the most passing TDs and the 3rd-most pass yards per game this season. This bodes well for Metcalf, who is the Steelers' go-to target in the end zone (seven targets)—no other Steeler has more than two, per NFL.com’s Michael Florio.
Wan’Dale Robinson vs. GB: Robinson’s quietly averaging nearly eight targets per game and has scored 12+ fantasy points in four of his last five. Plus, he’ll get the Jameis bump this week, as Winston’s three starting WRs all averaged at least night targets per game last season in Cleveland, per Yahoo’s Sal Vetri.
❌ Sit ‘Em
Courtland Sutton vs. KC: “Sutton has only reached double-digit fantasy points once in his last five outings. He’s just a TD-or-bust WR3 against a Chiefs’ defense allowing the 3rd-fewest fantasy points to wideouts.” — Justin Boone
Deebo Samuel vs. MIA: He’s failed to reach 50 yards in any of his last four games, while averaging just eight fantasy PPG. Now he faces the Dolphins, who have allowed the 4th-fewest fantasy PPG and 3rd-fewest yards to WRs. They’re also in the bottom eight in yards allowed to slot receivers and have allowed only one TD to them, per Michael Florio.
Tetairoa McMillan @ ATL: “Atlanta ranks 2nd in pass defense DVOA but 5th worst against the run. Carolina has leaned heavily on the run since Rico Dowdle’s emergence, and this profiles as another Dowdle game. McMillan won’t offer much this week.” — Tyler Orginski
😴 Sleepers
Christian Watson @ NYG: The Giants play man-to-man at the 3rd-highest rate in the league while giving up the 7th-most deep completions and the 6th-most deep yards. That lines up well for Watson, whose 3.3 yards per route run vs. man ranked 6th in the entire league in 2024, per NBC Sports’ Kyle Dvorchak.
Quentin Johnston @ JAX: Though he only had five catches for 42 yards last week, he did have an encouraging 10 targets. This week he’ll face a Jags secondary that has allowed seven TDs to WRs in the past four games, with five guys scoring at least 12 PPR points, per Jamey Eisenberg.

✅ Start ‘Em
Oronde Gadsden II @ JAX: The Jags are giving up the 2nd-most schedule-adjusted fantasy PPG (+5.7 above average) and the 4th-most yards per game (72.6) to opposing TEs, per Fantasy Points’ Graham Barfield.
Kyle Pitts vs. CAR: Carolina allows the 7th-most fantasy points to TEs, per Justin Boone, and just gave up 92 yards and a score to Juwan Johnson last week.
Zach Ertz vs. MIA: He’s caught at least four passes in three straight games, and Miami has given up the 6th-most receptions per game to opposing TEs, per Joey Pollizze.
❌ Sit ‘Em
David Njoku vs. BAL: He had just two targets last week in a game in which Dillon Gabriel threw 32 passes and continues to be out-performed by Harold Fannin Jr. I wouldn’t expect it to get much better against a Ravens D that has allowed only one TD pass over its past three games, per Michael Florio.
T.J. Hockenson vs. CHI: In his last 17 games with Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison, Hockenson has turned his 88 targets into just 68/684/2 receiving (the TE25 by fantasy PPG), per Graham Barfield.
Mark Andrews @ CLE: He’s finished as a TE1 in each of the last two games, but that’s been largely fueled by TDs. He’ll be hard to trust today against a Browns D that has held TEs to the 7th-fewest receiving yards per game and the 14th-fewest fantasy PPG, per Derek Brown.
😴 Sleepers
A.J. Barner @ LAR: He has scored in double digit PPR points in four of the past six games, and the Rams have allowed three TEs to finish as top-14 options at the position over the last two weeks, per Joey Pollizze.
Greg Dulcich vs. WAS: If you’re really down bad, you can turn to Dulcich, who has a 15% target share over the past two weeks and jumped to a 74% route rate in Week 10. Meanwhile, the Commanders have given up the 5th-most fantasy points to TEs this season, per Kyle Dvorchak.
