🏈 Dak Prescott Headlines Week 2 Starts & Sits
Players to put in or out of your lineup in Week 2, along with sleepers and best bets.
Good morning.
It’s only Week 2 and the chaos of the fantasy football season is already starting: Injuries to key players are piling up, half the guys in your lineup probably feel like busts, and joining eight leagues suddenly feels a little extreme after the first week of putting in waiver claims.
The good news is it’s still early and anything can happen. So let’s get ready for a fun Week 2 of the NFL season…

This was really fun. If you’re the type who collects anything — Pokémon, sports cards, or fantasy football losses — Monster League is for you. It’s fantasy football like you’ve never seen before.
We talked with the crew behind it, and the pitch is wild: it’s part RPG quest, part fantasy draft, part battle arena. You start with three underdog players on your squad, then throw them head-to-head against others at their same position. Win the matchup, win your opponent (literally — if TreVeyon Henderson outscores RJ Harvey in Week 1, I’ll add Harvey to my roster).
If you’re already missing fantasy draft season like I am, fear not — drafts for Monster League’s 2025 season are still open and FREE! Build a roster that will make your great-grandchildren proud, before it’s too late.👇️
STARTS & SITS 🧐
Quarterback

Dak Prescott // PFSN
✅ Start ‘Em
Dak Prescott vs. NYG: “Prescott has 13 straight wins in this matchup, and monster career stats against the Giants (102.4 rating, 7.9 YPA, 29 TDs, just eight picks). Don’t let a fluke Week 1 result steer you off a bankable passing game. Dak will finish in the top five at QB this week.” — Yahoo’s Scott Pianowski
Justin Herbert @ LV: Last week, no team had a higher pass rate over expected than the Chargers, and no team faced more pass attempts than the Raiders. Plus, dating back to last season, Herbert has now finished as a top-10 fantasy QB in each of his last four games, per NBC Sports’ Matthew Berry.
Jared Goff vs. CHI: This is an ideal bounce back week for the Detroit signal caller. The Bears could once again be without CBs Jaylon Johnson (groin) and Kyler Gordon (hamstring) after they sat in Week 1 against Minnesota. Goff also has a great history against the Bears, as last year he combined for 557 passing yards, five TDs and no INTs in two meetings, per CBS Sports’ Jamey Eisenberg.
