Players to add ahead of Week 2, along with D/ST streamers and deeeeeep dives.

Good morning.

Week 1 is officially in the books, and boy did the season start off with a bang. We had game-winning field goals (and game-losing misses for my Brownsā€¦šŸ–•), randoms like Jake Tonges mossing dudes, that insane Sunday nighter in Buffalo… and then Tank Bigsby getting traded to Philly right before kickoff last night?!

Hopefully your fantasy season started out with a bang, too. But if not, that’s what the waiver wire’s for! Let’s dive in…

Running Back

Dylan Sampson // Scott Galvin, Imagn Images

Browns RB Dylan Sampson (33%) saw 8 targets for Cleveland, despite running 11 fewer routes than Jerome Ford, who saw 1 target, per J.J. Zachariason. Ford played eight more snaps than Sampson, but with that absurd targets per route run rate, it’s easy to see a path for the rookie to leapfrog the vet on the depth chart. Quinshon Judkins will be joining the fold soon, so don’t go too crazy with your bids here, but Sampson could be a streaming play as a change-of-pace back this season.

If Jags RB Bhayshul Tuten (42%) is still available, grab him. The rookie speedster should see a larger role following the trade of Tank Bigsby. Tuten was a preseason darling for many experts, and now might be his time to shine.

Cardinals RB Trey Benson (51%) totalled 4.93 rushing yards over expectation per carry compared to James Conner's mark of -0.18, per FanDuel’s Riley Thomas. Much of his numbers were boosted by one long 52-yard run, but that’s still a strong start for one of the league’s better handcuffs to roster.

Chiefs RB Kareem Hunt (12%) isn’t a sexy add, but he’s the clear goal-line back in KC:
