Cardinals RB Michael Carter (42%) played 57.4% of the snaps in Week 5 and had a team-high 18 carries for 51 yards and a TD against the Titans. Carter also led the backfield in pass routes (18) and had five catches for 22 yards, per FantasyProsā Pat Fitzmaurice. He was the RB1 in Arizona, and Emari Demercadoās brainfart at the goal line should only help cement that role.
The aforementioned Panthers RB Rico Dowdle (59%) started in place of the injured Chuba Hubbard and turned 26 touches into 234 yards (the most by a player in a single game this year, per Footballguysā Dave Kulge) and a TD for an insane 32.4 PPR points. Hubbard was the lead back all season, and could return to that role as soon as this week against Dallas. But if Uncle Rico somehow slipped through the cracks in your league last week, heās still worth an add now as a FLEX-with-benefits.
Saints RB Kendre Miller (21%) has seen a steady increase in his workload:
Meanwhile, Alvin Kamara just played a season low 56% of the Saintsā snaps in Week 5. Miller has also looked the more explosive back this season, earning 114 scrimmage yards over the last two gamesāaveraging 5.2 yards per touch to Kamaraās 4.1, per Yahooās Justin Boone.
Chargers RBs Hassan Haskins (0%) and Kimani Vidal (0%) will split duties in the backfield now that Omarion Hampton has landed on IR. Experts differ on which RB will lead the way, but most agree itāll be close to an even split. At the end of the day, donāt spend too much FAAB hereāLAās o-line is really banged up and these two are pretty mediocre talents.
Chargers RB Utilization in two drives without Omarion Hampton:
Kimani Vidal: 60% snaps, 50% atts, 46% routes
Hassan Haskins: 40% snaps, 50% atts, 39% routesVery small sample and a trailing script, so not surprised it was Vidal.
Probably a split if Hampton misses time.

Titans RB Tyjae Spears (28%) returned from IR last week, but mustered just four carries for 14 yards rushing without a target on a 25% snap share. Heās still worth a cheap add as an explosive handcuff/change-of-pace back.
Jets RB Isaiah Davis (6%) is the top backup to Breece Hall now that Braelon Allen is expected to miss two months or more with a knee injury.
