MARKET TRENDS 🧐

Running Back

Quinshon Judkins // Joshua Gunter, cleveland.com

šŸ’Ŗ Quinshon Judkins is a BEAST. I get it, he was facing the Dolphins… but the rookie gained 95 of his 84 rushing yards after initial contact in Week 7, per CBS Sports’ Jacob Gibbs. It’s a shame he plays for my Browns, because he put up RB4 overall numbers despite facing a league-high 52% stacked box rate rate and getting hit behind the line of scrimmage on average (-11 yards before contact). I’d still buy high on him if you can, as he owns the 2nd-easiest remaining schedule among RBs, per FantasyPros.

šŸ’° Buy Kyren Williams. Blake Corum is mixing in at a near 50/50 split, and Matthew Stafford is throwing TDs left and right, leaving Kyren managers thirsty for more. But what they may not realize is he has now been tackled at the 1-yard line (while failing to score a TD on that same drive) a league-high four times this season, per Fantasy Points’ Kyle Menton. The positive TD regression is bound to hit sooner or later.

šŸ“‰ Sell Ashton Jeanty. ā€œLooking at the Raiders’ rest-of-season schedule, it’s hard to pinpoint games where Vegas will stay competitive and give Jeanty a chance to shine. He’s basically been reduced to a volume-based low-end RB2 who needs to find the end zone to return fantasy production. You should use his name-value and/or the promise of a post-bye rookie bump to trade him for a top-20 fantasy RB or WR.ā€ — Yahoo’s Justin Boone

šŸ’° Buy Derrick Henry. Fresh off a bye, Lamar Jackson should be returning to the lineup this week, despite what this doctor thinks…

His return should elevate this offense, including Henry and the running game, who are set to face the 2nd and 4th-worst rushing defenses (Chicago and Miami) in terms of yards per carry allowed (5.33 and 5.21, respectively), per Kyle Menton.

šŸ“‰ Sell Rhamondre Stevenson. He’s been wildly inconsistent—scoring 14.6 or more fantasy points in three games, while averaging only 4.1 fantasy PPG in the other four contests (5.1 or less in every outing), per FantasyPros’ Mike Fanelli. He’ll be facing a stout Cleveland defense this week, so sell him high after his impressive 16.8 point performance in Week 7.

🤚 Hold Chase Brown. He’s had a brutal schedule for RBs thus far, with games against Cleveland, Minnesota, Denver, and Green Bay, to name a few. Plus, Jake Browning didn’t help… But these last two weeks with Joe Flacco under center have produced Brown’s two highest yards per carry totals of the season, per The Fantasy Footballers’ Kemper Trull. And looking ahead—seven of his nine remaining fantasy matchups are ā€œgreen,ā€ and his matchups during the fantasy playoffs might be the best in the league (BAL, MIA, ARI).

šŸ’° Buy low on Travis Etienne. Over the last three weeks, he’s only the RB30 despite being tied for 10th with 11 targets over that span, per Fantasy Points’ John Hansen. The Jags also have a nice run of games after their Week 8 bye in terms of matchup and likelihood for rushing volume: LV, HOU, LAC, ARI, TEN.

Wide Receiver

Rashee Rice // Charlie Riedel, AP
